Why this role exists
Currently three sub-teams each reporting separately. Consolidating them under one BU head adds coherence for premium-positioned customers who increasingly cross over between branded packaging and HORECA cup supply.
What you'll own
- P&L ownership of consolidated BU (Branding Biz + Cup Biz + Specialty Products)
- Sub-team coordination — three existing leads report in
- Premium customer relationship continuity through transition
- Cross-sell with HORECA channel as Food Distribution scales
- Quarterly review cadence with Mr. Thea
What we're looking for
- Existing SPP leadership preferred (internal promotion path)
- Premium-positioning sales background
- Customer-relationship continuity matters more than fresh strategy
- Comfortable managing peers post-promotion
