Day-to-day operational ownership of Food Distribution while Mr. Thea provides strategic direction. Single most urgent recruit in the plan.
HORECA Sales Lead
Front-line HORECA channel sales — restaurants, hotels, cafés. Reports to the Distribution Operations Lead.
Modern Trade Key Account Manager
Senior key-account hire for modern-trade channel (supermarkets, hypermarkets). Reports to permanent Food Distribution CEO.
Permanent Food Distribution CEO
Inherits a business with proven HORECA channel, established producer-supplier relationships, and a working operations team. Senior FMCG distribution executive role.
SPP Pack opco
3 rolesSpecialty Products BU Head
Internal promotion. Lead the consolidated BU covering Branding Biz, Cup Biz, and Specialty Products under one head.
Food Safety Solutions Sub-Lead
Bundles food safety services, ingredients, preservatives, and hygiene products under one consultative-sales lead. Highest-priority new sub-lead.
Construction Sales Sub-Lead
Long-cycle, high-ticket project sales coordinating with Mr. Lee for technical specifications.
Group Shared Services
3 rolesGroup Financial Controller
External hire. Consolidated reporting across four operating entities, monthly close discipline, and fundraising-ready financials.
IT/Systems Lead
Either new hire or elevation of existing technical resource. Manages group ERP, Biz-System rollout when ready, and operational software for all four entities.
Group HR Manager
Builds group HR function as headcount crosses ~120 by end-2027. Reports to Ms. Vita.
Growth Services BU

Brand Strategist
Brand-strategy capability for Growth Services agency engagements. Reports to Ms. Nin / Creative Director.
