Today HR is informal across the entities. By 2027 it needs structure: payroll consolidation, performance review cadence, recruitment pipeline management, learning & development.
What you'll own
- Group-wide payroll consolidation (likely on SPP HR Manager system)
- Performance review cadence across all four entities
- Recruiting pipeline for the 30–40 supporting hires over 2026–2028
- Learning & development planning
- Compliance: labor law, statutory reporting, benefits administration
What we're looking for
- 5+ years HR generalist or manager experience in Cambodia
- Multi-entity payroll experience
- HRIS platform familiarity
- Khmer fluency required
