Why this role
Tier A senior strategic hire requiring executive search. Reports to Ms. Vita (Group CFO). Builds the financial backbone that Series Pre-Seed (Q4 2026) and Seed (Q3 2027) due-diligence will scrutinize. Without this hire, Holdco fundraising in Q4 2026 either slips or surfaces with weak books.
What you'll own
- Monthly consolidation across four operating entities + Holdco
- Statutory reporting and tax compliance for all entities
- Audit readiness — engage external auditor by mid-2026
- Investor reporting templates and KPI dashboards
- Working-capital and cash-runway visibility week-to-week
What we're looking for
- Cambodian Big-4 alumni strongly preferred
- ACCA / CPA qualification required
- Multi-entity consolidation experience
- SaaS/platform-company experience a plus (Holdco fundraising context)
- English + Khmer working fluency
