Why this role exists
Mr. Thea hands off Food Distribution and transitions to Group COO in Q3 2027. By the time you arrive, the Distribution Operations Lead has been running the day-to-day for 9–12 months. You inherit operating muscle — meaningfully more attractive than a green-field role.
What you'll own
- Full P&L ownership of Food Distribution entity
- Strategy, capital allocation, key supermarket-buyer relationships
- Working with Distribution Operations Lead on day-to-day cadence
- Modern Trade KAM and HORECA Sales Lead report in
- Quarterly board update to Mr. Vuth + Group Leadership Forum
What we're looking for
- Senior FMCG distribution executive, ideally with Cambodian or regional SEA distribution-leadership experience
- Track record of running working-capital-intensive, channel-sales-driven businesses
- Comfortable inheriting an operating team and accelerating it
- English + Khmer required
