Why this role
Without this hire, the dual-CEO arrangement does not work. Food Distribution is a new entity launching 2026 — HORECA channel, traditional markets, modern trade. You run it day-to-day; Mr. Thea (interim CEO, transitioning to Group COO Q3 2027) provides direction. By the time the permanent CEO is in seat, you'll have built the operating muscle that hire inherits.
What you'll own
- HORECA sales execution end-to-end
- Supplier-producer relationship management
- Fleet coordination and warehouse interface
- Payment collection cadence and working-capital discipline
- Channel-by-channel P&L visibility into supermarket buyers
- Weekly operating cadence with Mr. Thea (60-minute time-box)
What we're looking for
- 5+ years FMCG distribution operations in Cambodia or regional SEA
- HORECA channel familiarity (supermarket buyers, restaurant procurement)
- Working-capital-intensive business experience — distribution is thin-margin-volume
- Operational discipline; comfortable with informal-but-rigorous time tracking
- Khmer fluency required
