Why this role
Growth Services is the brand-and-content agency arm under Ms. Nida. Today it's embryonic. This hire produces the creative work that paid client engagements will demand from day one. Reports to Ms. Nin; client-facing.
What you'll own
- Lead end-to-end creative production for Cambodian food producer brands
- Manage 1–2 designers + freelance pool
- Pitch decks, brand books, packaging design, social content
- Client-facing on production timelines and approvals
- Maintain consistent voice across producer brand portfolios
What we're looking for
- 5+ years creative agency or in-house brand experience
- Cambodian / SEA food or FMCG portfolio strongly preferred
- Strong production-management discipline (deadlines are oxygen)
- Bilingual creative judgement: visual storytelling localized for Cambodia
