What you'll own

Project sales cycle ownership from spec to handover
Technical coordination with Mr. Lee
Subcontractor pipeline for execution
Quarterly project pipeline reporting
Cross-sell coordination with Food Safety Sub-Lead

What we're looking for

Construction project sales background, ideally with food-grade or industrial-facility experience
Spec-driven sales — comfortable reading drawings, debating tolerances
Patient with long cycles; financially disciplined on bonus deals
