What you'll own
- Project sales cycle ownership from spec to handover
- Technical coordination with Mr. Lee
- Subcontractor pipeline for execution
- Quarterly project pipeline reporting
- Cross-sell coordination with Food Safety Sub-Lead
What we're looking for
- Construction project sales background, ideally with food-grade or industrial-facility experience
- Spec-driven sales — comfortable reading drawings, debating tolerances
- Patient with long cycles; financially disciplined on bonus deals
