Why this role exists
This hire shapes the product that determines whether Holdco becomes a real SaaS company or stays a packaging group. End-Q3 2026 gate: if this role isn't landed, Biz-System launch defers from 2027 to 2028. Quality matters more than speed.
What you'll own
- Product strategy and roadmap for the Biz-System SaaS stack
- Initial engineering team build (2–4 engineers in first 6 months)
- POS first (Q3 2027), then Accounting (2028), HR (2029), ERP (2029–2030)
- Pricing, packaging, GTM motion for Cambodian SMB market
- Reports to Mr. Vuth on Holdco operating cadence
What we're looking for
- Vietnamese / Thai / regional SaaS networks preferred
- Product-led founder or early-stage product lead background
- Hands-on technical depth — can pair with engineers, not just brief them
- Comfortable with Cambodian SMB go-to-market reality
- Equity-component compensation expectation
